Synthetic Turf for Lawns & Landscaping
Artificial Lawn

Synthetic grass and great landscaping go hand in hand. The perfectly trimmed appearance of the grass is year round and always greatly accentuates the landscaping it accompanies. The fibers of the turf are created using multiple colors and fiber types pulled from real live grass so it looks and feels real. High or low moisture/sunlit areas often make inhospitable environments for grass to thrive.

Mono-Filament Lawn – Synthetic Turf

This diagram shows the general construction and layers of our Mono-Filament synthetic lawn surface.
  • Once the dirt surface is shaped to desire, we compact the surface and pin Geotextile Fabric over the complete synthetic lawn work surface
  • Next we create the static base of the artificial lawn by laying layers of Crushed Granite in finer grades until it resembles formed concrete. The granite surface it constantly soaked and compacted to insure the surface is uniform and solid. Once completed, the surface acts as a solid slab of granite insuring a perfect grade to your lawn
  • The Synthetic Lawn Turf is then applied to the compacted granite base
  • Silica Sand is now evenly applied to the surface of the lawn and brushed in to allow the fibers to stand up straight
  • After the sand is finished a top layer of Green Top Dressing sand is applied. This gives the lawn a perfectly consistent and natural green tone

Commercial Movement Towards Modern Solution for Saving Cost and Lower Liability with Synthetic Grass

In today’s economy, using capital wisely is more important than ever. Many new hotels and resorts around the world are making the decision to install synthetic grass rather than natural sod. Because annual maintenance cost on artificial grass is far lower than natural, they also benefit from the turf’s year round luscious green clean cut appearance.

Constant foot traffic from guests does not damage the surface, unlike natural grass. This leads to increased revenue due to the fact that events can be booked one right after the other without fears of guest getting covered in mud, moisture, or debris. The surface will look just as beautiful for its 1,000th consecutive event as it did for its first.

With real grass, when it rains, that area cannot be used safely for fear of destroying the natural grass surface, costing resort owners valuable time and money to make the grass ready for another paying event. Installed, artificial grass has a higher cost per foot than natural sod but synthetic grass saves in less than 5 years. When used in a commercial settings, synthetic grass pays for itself by eliminating your maintenance costs. No more fuel/oil cost or emissions.

Never needs water so it dramatically decreases water consumption and billing. This is the main reason synthetic turf is being used at nearly every new resort and hotel construction in Las Vegas NV as well as Dubai UAE where water is extremely precious and costly. Synthetic turf or putting greens requires no treatment with expensive chemicals or pesticides that can harm small children and pets, nor will it harbor any mosquitoes, ants, or other pests that will bother paying guests.

No matter how you slice it, artificial grass is the clear winner for any commercial application. In addition to being highly cost-effective,

synthetic turf and putting greens

add an amazing level of curb appeal to any property. Customers are drawn to the perfectly trimmed, clean, vibrant appearance that only a concerned establishment owner would want to maintain. More importantly, synthetic grass adds legitimate value to your property making it a sound financial investment as the cost is translated directly into equity in your property.

In many states, installing artificial grass also qualifies you for large Green Eco tax credits (intended to promote ecologically sustainable activities) saving you hundreds if not thousands a year in taxes depending on the size of your installation. Synthetic Grass Turf Types

Polypropylene Lawn Turf is made from long fibers sewn into a thin rubberized backing, it must be stitched together and requires multiple layers of sand or rubber to be brushed into the turf as the last stage of installation. Polypropylene requires experience, skill, and technology to install correctly. It is designed to be installed anywhere and perfectly simulates real grass. Polypropylene is much more durable and resist UV light better than older Nylon making it very popular for modern installations.

This type of turf is the choice for clients who want their artificial turf project to look better and perform better than real grass. Polypropylene turf offers several fiber lengths, colors, multi and mono directional fibers. However, infilled turf may require minor tune-ups every 2~3 years to backfill the sand or rubber if used heavily. These turf types can also be used for walkways, pet areas , and more. They can even be installed on a compacted aggregate base near pools or hot tubs and indoors on concrete for sun porches or patios.

Shown below are only a few examples of our large polypropylene lawn turf range. Their main applications a very versatile as landscape products. Thatch gives you added body, reducing the amount of inill needed, with multi-colored yarn giving you an authentic color.
